The SEARCH Membership Group typically meets twice a year. Our Winter Meeting occurs in January or February, and our Annual Meeting occurs in July. Members convene to share successes and solve mutual challenges, identify areas of need, and determine new directions and approaches to improving justice information sharing. SEARCH Members bring their collective experiences to these discussions by thoughtfully engaging from both a local and a national perspective.
Meetings are open to the public but require online registration. Depending on attendee status, a registration fee to attend the meeting may apply. Meeting registration categories and fees are available on a separate Event website, which also includes details regarding hotel registration, and more. Meeting announcements and agendas are posted on the Event website, but presentations and meeting materials are only available to registered attendees and SEARCH Members.

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 SEARCH Annual Membership Group Meeting will be held virtually this year, bringing together our national community of justice and public safety leaders in an accessible and engaging online format.
This annual meeting is an opportunity for SEARCH Members and invited guests to discuss critical policy and operational issues facing the criminal justice community and share innovative practices and technology solutions. The meeting will also feature panel discussions and presentations from key stakeholders in the criminal justice community.
Only registered participants will receive the meeting invitation and access links. We look forward to welcoming you to the SEARCH Annual Meeting!
